Start with a 30-minute conversation

The first step is a free introductory call. We discuss the recurring finance work, the time it consumes and whether there are relevant opportunities to investigate. If there is a good fit, the next step is the 30-day sprint. Week 1 is used to identify and prioritise the opportunity with the strongest business case. We only continue to implementation when both sides agree that the expected value justifies the project.
